Chicken Fillet Burgers with Crispy Glensallagh Smoked Bacon, Rathdaragh Cheese, Mustard Mayo
- Pre Heat oven to 180°c
- Now bake the chicken fillet for 15 minutes until cooked.
- Take out of oven and then grill the bacon until crispy
- Next place the cheese onto the chicken and grill until melted
- Then build the burger with Baby Gem, then mustard mayo, chicken and crispy bacon and serve with homemade fries or chips
