BBQ Lamb Shoulder Chops with Salsa Verde
- First turn on your barbecue.
- Now mix the lamb with the herbs, garlic, 2tbsps of olive oil and season well.
- Now mix the lemon zest, herbs, mustard, 2 tbsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and the garlic together and season to taste
- Now barbecue the chops for 4 minutes on each side and squeeze the lemon juice over the top of each. Serve with the salsa verde on the side & creamy mash.
