Preparation
Cooks notes: like a granita crossed with a slushie, for adults. This is a great summergarden party dessert or weekend girls night drink.
Equipment: blender
Blend the rosé with the watermelon, lemon juice and sugar. Place into a tray and theninto the freezer. Allow to freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight then blend again,serve in glasses and top with fresh mint leaves.
