Sweet Potato Crisps
- Use a mandolin or a food processor with a slicing blade slice to cut the crisps.
- Make sure they are very thin. The thinner the crisper.
- Lay out on an over rack, not tray.
- Place in a warm oven for approximately an hour until they are dehydrated and crispy.
- Sprinkle with more salt and serve.
