Method

Method

  1. Use a mandolin or a food processor with a slicing blade slice to cut the crisps.
  2. Make sure they are very thin. The thinner the crisper.
  3. Lay out on an over rack, not tray.
  4. Place in a warm oven for approximately an hour until they are dehydrated and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with more salt and serve.
