|225 ml ml||Milk Milk|
|2 tbsp tbsp||Couscous Couscous|
|1 tsp tsp||Caster Sugar Caster Sugar|
|1 pinches pinch||Cinnamon Cinnamon|
- Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan, over a medium heat.
- Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Once the mixture has thickened it's ready to serve.
For a fruity alternative, leave out the cinnamon and when serving add one tablespoon of mashed banana and combine with the cooked couscous.
