Super-Quick Salmon Noodles
Have you discovered the hot smoked salmon fillets yet? They are ready to eat straight away, or you could boost that smokey flavour by popping them onto the barbecue for a few minutes to warm through.
Pour boiling water over the noodles, stir and leave to one side for 10 minutes to cook through. After 10 minutes, drain away the water and stir in the carrot, scallions, and cucumber. Squeeze over the juice of 1 lime as a dressing. Flake the salmon into the noodles and stir then serve immediately. Can be eaten hot or cold and this meal is slimmer-friendly as there are no added fats.
