Stuffed Eggs with Ham
- Boil eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk. Mix egg yoke with a with fresh cheese, ham pieces, 2/3 of the cress, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon filling into each egg half and garnish with the remaining watercress.
