Spanish Tomato Bread with Jamón Serrano
These tasty tapas are quick, easy to prepare and make the perfect accompaniment for a drinks party or impromptu get together.
1. Combine the chopped tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Keep in the fridge until needed.
2. To serve, toast 20 slices of baguette. Spoon a little of the tomato topping on to each piece of toast. Top with the torn pieces of Serrano ham and enjoy!
