Ingredients

500 g g Spaghetti Spaghetti
100 g g Parmesan Parmesan
100 g g Bacon Bacon
1 sprigs sprig Rosemary Rosemary
1 sprigs sprig Thyme Thyme
1 sprigs sprig Basil Leaves Basil Leaf
80 g g Butter Butter
1 pinches pinch Salt Salt

Method

  • Cook pasta in salt water. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in a coated pan until crispy, remove and leave to the side.
  • Wash herbs. Melt butter in a pan, sprinkle in mixed herbs and cook for 1-2 minutes, add basil, salt and pepper.
  • Drain noodles and the herbal butter. Toss on to plates, sprinkle with bacon and parmesan.
