Preparation
1. Thread the diced beef steak onto wooden or metal skewers. You should have enough meat for 6 to 8 skewers.
2. Mix the soy sauce and honey together to create a glaze. Cover the diced beef skewers in the glaze.
3. Heat some vegetable oil in a griddle or frying pan. Fry the steak skewers over a high heat for 5 to 10 minutes. These skewers would taste even better cooked over a firing hot BBQ.
4. Serve the skewers sprinkled with some chopped spring onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve with some boiled rice or steamed greens on the side.
