Preparation

    1. Whisk the quark, sugar and rose water until smooth. 2. Beat the cream until stiff and fold in the quark mixture. 3. Spread muesli between 2 bowls and add a dollop of the creamy quark mixture on top. 4. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of raspberry jam lightly over the top. 5. Scatter the raspberries on top and serve.6. Garnish with rose petals if desired.
