Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°c. Cook the breaded mini fillets on a baking tray for 20 minutes, or until crisp & golden.
  2. Mix the chilli mayonnaise & hummus together and set aside. Mix the peppers with the garlic and olive oil.
  3. Heat the wraps for 15 seconds in the microwave.
  4. Place the wraps onto plates and spread with the chilli hummus mix. 2 goujons
  5. Then add a spoonful of peppers, rocket and the breaded mini fillets and serve immediately.
