Preparation

    Fresh raspberries, washed and dried, if frozen berries thaw.

    Peel the melon, remove the seeds and roughly dice them.

    Peel apple, quarter, and remove core.

    Fold the fruit smoothly with apple and lime juice.

    Taste with honey.

    The Smoothie tastes best fresh and cooled, stir before drinking.
