Radicchio salad with goat's cheese, salami slices and figs
1.Clean and quarter the radicchio so that the quarters on the trunk remain connected.2.Sauté for about 2 minutes in the hot oil, turning occasionally. 3.Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with vinegar. 4.Lay the salami slices on 2 plates. 5.Carefully mix figs and radicchio quarters. 6.Serve with the salami. 7.Crumble the goat's cheese and sprinkle over it. 8.Season with pepper and drizzle with some balsamic cream.
