Preparation

  1. To make the peppermint candy cane vodka: add vodka and crushed candy canes to a jar. Seal and let sit until candy canes are dissolved (about 2-4 hours). Any extra can be stored in a jar in the fridge to use throughout the Christmas period!
  2. Dip cocktail glasses in melted chocolate, then roll into crushed candy canes.
  3. In a large shaker, add peppermint vodka, Irish cream liqueur, espresso and cream. Fill the shaker halfway with ice, and shake for at least one minute to help build foam. The outside of the shaker should be very cold.
  4. Pour into the prepared glass and serve.
