Pasta with Smoked Salmon in Mustard Sauce

Preparation

  1. Clean and remove thick stalks from cabbage, cut into narrow strips. Peel and dice onion in hot butter for 2 min. Add the mustard seeds and fry for 1 more minute. Remove 2-3 tablespoons of the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Add mustard to the onion in the pan, briefly simmer, then drizzle with wine and stock, add salt and pepper, cook for 3.5 minutes and let it cool.
  3. Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Cut salmon into medium sized pieces, add sour cream to cabbage and cook for another 3 min. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and more mustard depending on taste. Drain pasta, add in sauce and remaining onion and mustard mixture.
