One Pot Pasta with Two Tomatoes and Olives

Preparation

    Finely chop garlic, chilli and onion, drain olives and dried tomatoes, halve olives, wash and dice tomatoes.

    Cook noodles (check pack for cooking instructions), stir frequently and if necessary still in additional hot water. Add chopped vegetables to noodles and ½ tsp salt into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Wash and chop basil leaves, place the noodles on the plate, sprinkle with olive oil and serve with basil and cheese sprinkled, serve immediately.
