One Pot Overnight Almond Oats

Time is precious so a quick, healthy breakfast is essential to kick the day off in a positive way. This easy overnight oats recipe is a great fibre-packed breakfast which can be made in advance.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerateovernight.
- In the morning, serve a portion in a bowls and top with some fresh fruit, greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey.
