Preparation
1.Separate egg, beat egg whites until stiff. Beat 100 g of cream as well and chill both.2.Soak the gelatin in cold water.3.Finely chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath. 4.Heat the remaining cream, dissolve the coffee powder in it. 5.Drain gelatin and melt it in to the cream mixture. 6.Beat egg yolk with icing sugar. 7.Stir in chocolate, coffee cream and half of the whipped cream. 8.Pour remaining cream and egg whites and add mousse to heart-shaped bowls. 9.Refrigerate for 3 hours. 10.Roughly chop coffee beans. 11.Clean strawberries. 12.Sprinkle coffee beans onto the mousse.13.Serve with strawberries.
