Preparation

    1.Clean chilli and core, peel ginger and finely chop both.2.Mix with honey, rice vinegar, sesame and sunflower oil, allspice and salt.3.Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and cut into strips. 4.Clean the lettuce and spin it dry, if necessary, pick it up. 5.Remove the pistachio nuts from the bowls and chop. 6.Mix the salad with the dressing and spread on 2 plates. 7.Sprinkle with mango, sprinkle with pistachios and serve with caviar.
