    Preparation

    1. Peel and cut the melon into 2inch pieces. Place onto a cookiesheet and freeze for at least 5hours.

    2. Place the frozen melon chunksinto a food processor or blenderand add the honey, lemon juice,and coconut water. Blend untilsmooth.

    3. Pour the blended melon into aloaf pan and freeze for another5 hours.

    4. Finally scoop & serve
