Preparation
- Peel and chop the bananas into 1cm thick pieces, transfer to a zip-lock bag and freeze for 3 hours, or overnight, until solid.
- The next day, add the frozen banana pieces, milk, peanut butter and honey to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 bowls and top each with the bran, strawberries, seeds and Nutella before serving.
