Easy Popcorn Chicken
- Blend the popcorn in a blender and add bread crumbs. Blend until finely chopped and mixed through.
- Now season the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. Mix together well and then dip the chicken into the flour, then egg, and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Then to cook the chicken, adjust your fryer to 170°. Fry until they become golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with Lidl’s Vita D’or chilli mayo
