Preparation

  1. Dice the onion and put into a bowl with the mince and the egg. Season with salt and pepper and combine.
  2. Sprinkle some water onto your hands and divide the mix into 4. Roll into balls and gently press down on each so they form a burger shape.
  3. Cover and pop in the fridge for 30-45 minutes
  4. When ready to cook, you can fry on a lightly oiled hot pan or place them on a hot barbeque for 5 minutes each side.
  5. Lightly toast your buns, place your burger in the bun and top as you please!
