Method

Method

  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees
  • Line the flan case with butter and spread the pastry over it
  • Dice onion, cut the rashers into strips, grate cheese
  • Heat butter, bacon and onion until golden and then put it on a plate to cool
  • Beat the eggs and milk together and add the onion, bacon and cheese
  • Pour the mixture into the pastry case
  • Bake for 30 to 35mins
  • Cook wedges or make salad to serve with it and enjoy.
