  1. Place 125g of Belbake caster sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 packet of Belbake desiccated coconut.
  3. Then add 2 Connell Farm free range eggs.
  4. Mix all these ingredients together.
  5. Line a baking tray.
  6. Shape the mixture into ghosts.
  7. Bake until just beginning to toast (approx 20 minutes)

To decorate:

  1. Melt 1 bar of Bellarom Chocolate.
  2. With a brush or with a cocktail stick paint on spooky faces onto your macaroons.
  3. Serve on a slate or a Halloween plate.
