Preparation

  1. Cover the dates in boiling water.
  2. Leave to soak for 30 min.
  3. Mix 30g of cashew kernels and pecans in a pan without fat until you can smell them.
  4. Allow to cool and roughly chop, then set aside.
  5. Grind the remaining nuts finely.
  6. Chop the chocolate and melt over the hot water bath.
  7. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
  8. Mix Add dates, ground nuts, and chocolate together. Season with cinnamon. Let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  9. From the bowl, mold quickly with cold hands into small balls.
  10. Roll in additional nut pieces if desired.
