Preparation

  1. Begin by boiling chicken stock, bring to the boil and then allow it to simmer and add garlic, ginger, chilli and cook for ten minutes.
  2. Add noodles, mushrooms and peppers and cook for a further five minutes.
  3. Then add the seafood, spring onion, soy sauce and honey and cook for five more minutes until the seafood is cooked.
  4. Finish with coriander and serve.
