Beetroot Salad with Chocolate Balsamic Dressing

Preparation

  1. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Add in 2 tbsp hot oil for about 5 minutes. Let cool down. Cut beetroots in half and thinly cut slices.
  2. Clean, wash, dry, and rinse
  3. Chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath. Let it cool down. Then mix with the remaining oil, vinegar and honey, season with thyme, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the prepared salad dressing with the dressing and spread on a plate. Serve the goat's cheese.
