Preparation
- Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Add in 2 tbsp hot oil for about 5 minutes. Let cool down. Cut beetroots in half and thinly cut slices.
- Clean, wash, dry, and rinse
- Chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath. Let it cool down. Then mix with the remaining oil, vinegar and honey, season with thyme, salt and pepper.
- Mix the prepared salad dressing with the dressing and spread on a plate. Serve the goat's cheese.
