Beef, Carrot and Sweet Potato Purée
- Place the beef, carrot and sweet potato into a medium-sized saucepan.
- Cover with the water. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, for 20-25 minutes, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are soft.
- Once cooked, add the beef and vegetables to a blender with 2-3 tablespoons of the cooking liquid and blend until smooth.
- As an alternative, the same amount of chicken can replace the beef in this recipe.
