Method
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the strawberries, gin, lemonjuice, sugar syrup and egg white. Shake for 20 seconds.
2. Top up the cocktail shaker with ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a chilled serving glass and garnishwith a strawberry.
