  1. Peel the mango, cut the meat from the stone and roughly dice.
  2. Peel orange and banana and roughly dice.
  3. Fold the fruit smoothly with apple and lemon juice.
  4. Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  5. Serve smoothie fresh.
