allow additional cooling time
In a medium saucepan, place 150ml cream over a medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, stirring until it is smooth and glossy and there are no lumps of chocolate left.
Place in a jug and set aside to cool slightly.
Gently whip the remaining cream to soft peaks.
Place one banana in each bowl or sundae dish.
Top each banana with two scoops of ice cream and a generous dollop of cream and drizzle with the chocolate fudge sauce and sprinkle over chopped nuts. Dive in!
